What is a Lister account?

This account is for Landowners, Renewable Developers and Agents acting on behalf of clients, who are looking to list their land, sites projects. This Account is FREE to use. Listers Accounts does not enable you to search for land, sites, or projects on the database. You will need a Subscribers Account in order to do this.

What is a Subscriber account?

This account is for Renewable Developers, Investors, Decarbonising Parties and Agents acting on behalf of clients. Using this Account, Subscribers can both search for and list land, sites & projects. There is a subscription fee for this account and commission payable if there is a transaction. We are currently offering a 6-month subscription free trial period. This account is ideally suited for Renewable Developers who are both searching for land, sites & projects and who are looking to dispose of their interests in sites & projects they have in their portfolio.”

How many sites can I list?

There is no limit on the number of sites that you can add to Renewables Connect.

How can I make alterations to sites I have listed?

After adding a site, you can return to it anytime to make changes. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact us.
