Arran Community Solar Farm gets the go ahead

Planning consent has been granted for a community- owned 6MW solar farm at Glenkiln Farm on Arran. Arran Community Renewables is wholly owned by its community members and provides an opportunity for residents to own a stake in the project. Once built, this will be Scotland’s largest community solar farm.
